Sr. Engineering Manager (Data Platform)

Job Description:

- Data Management: Manage and maintain continuity of company data, including collection, storage, processing and security of data relevant to operations and analysis.
- Data Analysis: Identify and analyze data related to used car sales, customer behavior and market trends to provide valuable insights to management and development teams.
- Data and Analytics Strategy: Build an effective data and analytics strategy to support data-driven decision making and ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs, develop analytical solutions, and deliver relevant insights.
- People Management: Create an Individual Development Plan for each member and monitor its successful activities periodically
- Strategic: Prepare an Activity Plan every year including Budgeting, conduct regular reviews of the achievement of the Activity Plan and review the use of the Budget."

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of management and data analysis in companies.
- Have competency in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Technology Solution, Big Data Technology, Project Management
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
