**Job Descriptions**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure our designs resonate with our customers and remain relevant in the market.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers, ensuring their work meets our standards and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in a fashion or related industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, typography, layout, and branding.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and present design concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of current design trends and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)
