**About the Role**
Our client from Travel Tech is looking for a Sr. HRBP Manager to join their business expansion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in the team's objectives, productivity, and development
- Partner with leaders and line managers to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Ensuring that the learning, training/development actions are implemented on time, cost, and quality including training budget management.
- Identification and selection of talents and following their development;
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on career development (support individual development plan(s), promotions
- Be the catalyst to drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of the "pulse" of the employees
- Manage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs
- Define HR action plans based on business requirements; coaching managers to enable them to take action in creating and maintaining a successful, engaging, healthy, and safe environment within their perimeter; ensure HR proximity to the employees by taking appropriate measures
- Implementation of HR policies, services, and programs for the respective business;
- Identifying/anticipating change management activities within the business area; driving and/or facilitating the change with any appropriate measure(s) and controlling the sustainability of change processes
- Ensure the Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by employees
- Respond timely to employee relation matters including attending to grievances and disciplinary-related matters and ensure a fair resolution is attained for all parties;
- Develop and champion a high-performance culture across your function. Comfortable in coaching and challenging line managers to be more effective people managers and support them in building effective teams and talent.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 10+ years' experience as an HR business partner, and have exposure in at least 2 HR aspects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- University degree, preferably with an additional specialist qualification in Human Resource Management
- Good knowledge and experience in talent attraction and acquisition, development, and retention
- Strong people management skills
