VIDA's solution can also help financial stakeholders sign agreements using electronic signatures while ensuring the integrity of the signed document.**Job Summary**:- Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage our datacenter operations, including server provisioning, storage, and virtualization technologies.-- Oversee the configuration and management of networking infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and high availability for our systems.-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate legacy systems to modern platform technology, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based solutions.-- Implement and maintain automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.-- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and proactively optimize and troubleshoot infrastructure components.-- Ensure the security of our infrastructure, including data protection, access controls, and vulnerability management.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.-- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in datacenter operations, networking, and system administration, and make recommendations for infrastructure improvements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.-- 5+ years of experience in datacenter operations, networking, and system administration in a complex and distributed infrastructure environment.-- Strong expertise in modern platform technology, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).-- Proficient in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.-- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.-- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.-- Hands-on experience with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).-- Familiarity with datacenter technologies, including server hardware, storage systems, and backup solutions.-- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.-- Relevant certifications in networking, virtualization, or cloud technologies are a plus.
