Sr. Infrastructure Specialist

**About the job**:

- Lead the planning and design of IT infrastructure projects, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, servers, and other networking equipment.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco appliances, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN gateways, ensuring optimal connectivity and security.
- Collaborate with security teams to develop and enforce security protocols, perform security audits, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Take ownership of all network components and configurations, ensuring the reliability and security of both internal and external connections.
- Manage daily operations of the office network, including administration, monitoring, incident management, and documentation.
- Handle audit-related tasks and manage timelines for deliverables related to network infrastructure.
- Proactively propose improvements to the infrastructure design to support business growth.
- Ensure effective collaboration with other teams, including Application, Identity, and Operations, to align projects and initiatives.

**About you**:

- At least bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing office networks and infrastructure.
- Expertise in Cisco stack, routing protocols, switching, wireless networking, and QoS management.
- Good leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and propose initiatives with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills, including the ability to conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
- Effective communication skills in **English **and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to observe customer behavior and needs, with a strong focus on service quality.
