Sr It System Administrator

Responsibilities:- Maintaining technical documentation of the system and the infrastructure.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems- Provide technical support to users- Perform backups and data recovery procedures- Maintaining the IT ticketing system in the companyQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT administration with minimum 1-2 years of experience handling CARE system- Experience with networking protocols and security- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)- Experience with monitoring tools Bonus Qualifications- Experience with IT audit/certification process such as ISO27001 will be a plus pointApplication Deadline: 11/12/2023
