Now we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial lead one of L'Oreal luxe brand's journey in Indonesia.
You will.....
- Develop, manage and drive the brand's commercial strategy for different channels and its results (turnover, market share, profit).
- Build relationships with retailers/clients.
- Recruit, train, manage and develop Beauty Advisors (incl. their performance).
- Responsible for retail operations covering forecast, logistics/supply chain measures, stock take, purchase orders.
- Coordinates and promotes effective communication between multiple functions/stakeholders inside L'Oreal organization.
- Ensure that retail excellence in areas of BA Service/Quality, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising (Testers, planogram, visuals) is correctly expressed.
- Ensuring sales are maximised through effective analysis of sales data, monitoring of activity, observation of and response for trends, setting of priorities and evaluation of business initiatives.
- Follow through on all promotional activity to ensure sales are maximised, stocks are at appropriate levels and high standards maintained.
- Provide pro-active feedback to internal departments, investigate and drive discussions on issues involving the accounts.
- Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activities.
You have.....
- Minimum hold a Bachelor degree
- Proficient in English
- 7 years minimum of experience in relevant field (Retail Operations, Operations Manager, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a strong presence
- Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
