Sr. Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities

Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.

Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.

Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.

Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.

Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
Minimum Qualifications

Proven min. 3 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing or similar roles.

Fluent in English is a MUST.

Have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.

Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage.

Passionate in beauty industry. Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred.

Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.

Outstanding communication skills.

Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
