**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and manage payroll for a large number of staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Stay updated on tax PPH 21 regulations and ensure compliance in payroll calculations and deductions
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data security
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and regulatory purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization or hospital setting
- Strong understanding of tax PPH 21 regulations and experience in handling payroll for a large number of staff
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems is a plus
