Actively participate in handling pra-project discussion, documentation, and initiaton Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives.
Establish quality assurance processes to validate blockchain data integrity and accuracy within the supply chain.
Managed project resource allocation, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools, provide direction and support to project team.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience 4+ years in project management, preferably in supply chain management or technology implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail in managing complex projects and resolving challenges.
Familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft project, Gantt Chart, etc) and project tools system (such as Jira, Trello, etc).
Familiar with flow chart maker tools (such as drawio, ms visio, etc).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric) and supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is highly desirable.
