Sr. Project Management Specialist (Gaming)

Develop and execute comprehensive game launch strategies, including marketing, distribution, and sales plans.
- Collaborate with game developers to ensure that games are ready for release, including localization and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, trailers, and advertisements includes influencers, gaming communities, and media outlets.

- Addressing issues, updates, and post-launch content to game developer based on player feedback
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to game publishing project
- Develop and manage budgets for game publishing activities, including marketing, distribution, and promotion.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in game publishing or game development
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity; must be self-directed and proactive starting day 1. Broad network and deep passion for game development and publishing
