**Job requirement**:
- Minimum Bachelor-Degree in relevant field, professional certification such CRMP, CRMO etc. would be beneficial
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector with minimum 7 years experience.
- Proven experience in business risk management, operational risk management, financial risk management including fraud, and cyber security risk management is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce holistic picture risk insight
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Good analytical, teamwork capability and able to work independently,
- Good interpersonal communication, management and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficient in Bahasa, English, spoken and written.
- Develop and execute the overall risk management strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk considerations into strategic decision-making processes.
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities across various business functions.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks.
- Establish and maintain robust risk management policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, adapting policies as needed to address emerging risks.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate risk management practices into day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance to teams on risk mitigation strategies and foster a culture of risk-aware decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing risk management team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate complex risk concepts in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging risks, and advancements in risk management.
- Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of risk management processes.
