We are looking for a Senior Sales Effectiveness Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales effectiveness initiatives and contributing to our company's growth. Your main focus will involve analyzing sales data and optimizing its use to enhance our sales strategies and decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage technology solutions to drive efficiencies.
**What a day at work for you will look like**:
- You will assist our Senior Management Team in reviewing data analyses and helping prioritize areas for improvement.
- You will utilize sales data to identify trends, address business challenges, and monitor key metrics under the guidance of senior team members.
- You will contribute ideas and insights to enhance the productivity of our sales teams, actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- You will support strategic business planning initiatives, including assisting in the development of automated processes to streamline operations.
- You will provide assistance in delivering insights to sales management to improve sales performance and revenue growth.
- You will collaborate with the product team to gather feedback on sales tools and provide input on enhancements.
- You will assist in the development and implementation of efficient tools and processes to support daily operations across business units.

- University degree holders from a top tier Indonesian or foreign university
- 5 years of overall working experience in data analytics, consultancy, business intelligence
- Experience with or understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a definite plus
- A good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
- Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
