On behalf of a leading company operating in the healthcare industry, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of software solutions, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Develop the back-end systems using Java, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and maintain high standards of excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in Java for back-end development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience in front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
