Your Role at Cabot Oversees activities of a group of technical specialists providing existing product support to Sales and Cabot current and prospective customers.
How You Will Make an Impact Manages activities of Technical Sales support staff ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of product information, advice, and resolution of product issues Act as connector between market expectation and Cabot capabilities by constant discussion with Cabot R&D team Plans and organizes resources to ensure appropriate coverage and participation in account visits with Sales team Works closely with our R&D lab and regional tech service teams to share the customer queries, obtain technical advice from internal R&D teams and share back with customer Supports business development activities with our business development team to understand applications, demonstrate the value of Cabot products in those applications and help to win the business Facilitates introduction of new products or grades, negotiating quality specifications by overseeing customer trials and obtaining technical approvals. Ensures resolution of product problems. Supports efforts to implement and maintain the requirements of technical specification, as applicable to the site/region What You Will Bring to Cabot Employee Management.
