We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Staff Credit Control Services** Operations Support Call Back Quality Assurance**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- The role of Callback is to help the Collection team to verify collector behavior and compliance according to procedures.
- If there is a Field Collection, the Quality Assurance Call Back role is still needed as one of the controls on Visit Behavior and Field Payment Assistant Visit Compliance Collections.
- Apart from that, QA Call Back also received compliment as well as feedback for improvement from customers regarding Collection process carried out by HSBC field collectors.
- So, it is very important to know early about the risks to the Bank's reputation, through this QA call back process
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Indonesia Citizen only
- Having good Communication Skill
- Having good negotiation skill
- Having knowledge in Credit Card, Personal Loan, Flexi and other Credit products
- Having minimum one-year experience in Collection department will be an advantage
- Having good integrity, reliable, open-minded, and able to work in a team or individually
