Staff Finance

Responsibility:

- As Cashier, manage and process daily financial transactions (petty cash, and do bank reconsiliation).
- Financial Report Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor and analyze cash inflows and outflows to ensure optimal availability of funds and liquidity.
- Financial Planning: Develop and open short-term and long-term financial plans based on historical data and business projections.
- Budget Control: Control and match the company's budget and expenses to ensure the use of funds according to the budget plan.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and exclude financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures.

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in finance
- Proficient in using financial analysis software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understand accounting and financial principles well.
- Communicative and disciplined.
- Having professional certification (such as Brevet A & B) would be a plus.
- Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) would be a plus.
- Can speak English (passive)

Pay: Rp7,000,000 per month
