- Gender: Male, maximum age 28 years
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable working in the field
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Altius, Accurate, etc. is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a team
- Control of return data
- Receipt, inspection, and categorization of returned goods
- Follow-up on returned items until the process is completed
- Prepare progress reports on returns and document return data
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the return process runs smoothly
- Availability: Able to join immediately
- Location: Must be based in Surabaya
