- Performing pattern grading
- Sewing according to design patterns
- Quality control (QC) on finished products
- Minimum education of high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Fashion Design
- Maximum age of 25 years old
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the garment/confection industry
- Understanding of pattern making/grading from existing designs
- Knowledge of fabric types
- Familiarity with sewing processes and techniques
- Able to work collaboratively in a team
- Responsible, creative, and proactive in work
