\n Your Adventure AheadYou are a go-to person for technical advice, a role model, and can execute complicated plans & projects. You are able to set technical directions, reliably provide tech perspective & choices across engineering teams, and advocate new technologies/improvements to increase organizational capabilities. Lead, mentor, and sponsor peer engineers with strong leadership.Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product featuresProduce high quality software following good architecture and design principles that are scalableDesign & deliver thoughtfully crafted clean APIs to drive the interactions between our client applications and backend servicesCollaborate with product, data and design to define the future of the ShopBack experience Essentials to SucceedAt least 10+ years of experience developing consumer facing web applicationsProven experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applicationsHands-on experience working with NodeJS (Preferred)Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS highly desired)Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web servicesAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility
