**Job Deskripsi**
Role Summary & Responsibility : As an Experienced Stakeholder Analyst, He/she will be instrumental in building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other interest groups. His/her ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, coupled with his/her skills in management, conflict resolution, and understanding of relevant laws and regulations, will enhance our company's effectiveness in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and achieving our objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other interest groups. Build and maintain positive relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and partnership-building efforts.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the priorities, concerns, and interests of key stakeholders. Gather feedback and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as a liaison between the company and stakeholders to address conflicts, grievances, and disputes. Employ strong management and resolution skills to facilitate dialogue, find common ground, and reach mutually acceptable solutions.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Stay informed about relevant local and national laws,
- regulations, and policies that impact our operations and stakeholder relations. Ensure that company practices align with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Communication and Advocacy: Effectively communicate the company's policies, initiatives, and positions to stakeholders. Advocate for the company's interests while also demonstrating sensitivity to stakeholder concerns and perspectives.
- Collaboration and Partnership Development: Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives. Cultivate strategic alliances and coalitions to leverage resources and expertise.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes. Track progress, measure impact, and prepare regular reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Science, or a related
field.
- More than 3 years of experience dealing with extractive industry external/ community
relations or similar.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or public affairs roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
