Stamping Press Production Manager

**Job Description**:

- Control the production stamping section every day to achieve targets and maintain and maintain KPI achievements.
- Control productivity, quality, the production target must be of high quality, carry out control so as to minimize/eliminate production problems so that there are fewer.
- Understand and carry out 4 M analysis, 8 D report and 5 W 1H analysis and solve production and quality problems.
- Review and analyze production reports, identify problems, as well as daily data to subordinates and other related departments/sections.

Requirement:

- Male, age max. 47 years old
- Education Bachelor degree from mechanical engineering/industrial engineering is preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience in automotive company especially have stamping process is a must for the same position (Production Stamping Manager) is preferred
- English Intermediate level

Pay: Up to Rp17,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Stamping press production(Tandem/Progressive): 5 years (required)
- Stamping press production Manager or Ass manager: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English intermediate level (required)
