Steel Products Production Spv(Japanese Speaker)

**Job Description**:

- Set production goals or targets, whether daily, weekly or monthly targets.
- Organize work flow by assigning staff responsibilities and preparing schedules for staff involved in the production department.
- Supervise the performance of production staff, provide training regarding procedures.
- Checking production results to ensure production results comply with standards
- Identify problems that may occur in the production process and suggest improvements or solutions.

Requirement:

- Male
- Age range 30-35 years old
- Education min SMA/SMK
- Have experienced as kenshuusei in Japan is more preferred
- Min 2 years experienced as production supervisor / leader/Foremen in automotive manufacture (coil center field is preferred)
- Can speak Japanese N3 level (NO JLPT are welcome)

**Salary**: Up to Rp9,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)

**Experience**:

- Production SPV or Leader/Foreman: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese Speaking JLPT N3 Level (required)
