Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities**What You Will Do**:- Monitoring Inventory levels (Stock days, Inventory Turnover, SKU Availability)-- Record purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports-- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing-- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)- Conduct Stock Opname, Cycle count - Executing, Monitoring and Reporting**Requirements**:- Preferably Final Year or Diploma or bachelor's degree with a specialization in- **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Logistics**,- **Supply Chain**, or similar technical field of study with relevant practical experience-- Vocational high school graduate are welcome to apply-- Strong communication skills, time-management and negotiation abilities-- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control-- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data-- Database management skills-- Ability to analyze and solve problems-- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork-- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods-- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills-- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively- ** Willing to WFO in Mampang Prapatan for 6 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!
