Inspires and develops his team through empowerment.- Requirements- Bachelor Degree from any major, or minimum senior high school with managerial experience of retail business- Good in leadership skill- Good business perspective- Have analysis & systematical thinking- Well understand in financial report- Strong in communication skill- Quick learner, detail-oriented, open-minded with high flexibility and adaptability- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations- Willing to work in all major cities of Indonesia- Willing to work with shift based, weekend, and National holiday
