**Job Title: Store Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
2. Lead and manage a team of store employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
3. Maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and implement effective inventory control measures.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotional activities, upselling, and customer engagement initiatives.
6. Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
7. Manage budgetary aspects of the store, including cost control, revenue generation, and financial reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant industry regulations.
9. Conduct training programs for staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall job performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a managerial role within the coffee or food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful team leadership.
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the store.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and team members.
