We represent our client that is a well-known manufacturer and retailer of gold jewelry in Indonesia, with a wide range of designs and collections to cater to different tastes and budgets. They have been in business for over 40 years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase store profitability, and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales figures, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards across all stores.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure consistent adherence to operational standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Male/female, maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in the jewelry and gold retail sector.
- Possess strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills to drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- High integrity, ethics, and loyalty to the company and customers.
