Store Operation Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

S/he will be responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes. Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service. S/he will also be maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin / Chinese**:

- At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.
- At least 3 years working experiences as Asst. Store Supervisor or Store Manager level, preferably from F&B, Retail industry.
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the bakery's products, services and sales techniques.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
- Good and proficient Microsoft skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Jabodetabek area.**
