Store Supervisor

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies
- Accountable for financial performance targets
- Drive accelerated and sustainable growth in line with business strategies and targets.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews.
- Manages sales team forecast, inventory management and receivables.
- Annual sales budget creation
- Responsible for B2B chanel management
- Build good and sustained communication with existing customers and partners and identify their future business needs.
- Create & set promotional calendar & budget
- Direct supervision for whole sales team

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership including both strategic sales and/or store opening experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business management or any other related field
- Exceptional prospecting and negotiation skills
- Competitive spirit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong desire to exceed revenue goals/expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead sales team
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Trial period contract

**Salary**: From Rp8,000,000 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
