**Role Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience similar role

Strong english proficiency to handle documents and coordination process. Proficiency in mandarin is a plus

Good attention to details and able to multi task

Tanggung Jawab

Prepare weekly sales and stock reporting to Retail Head

Support Store team administration, program reporting and reimburesement process

Liase with finance for Accrual and monthly GR for Stores department

Maintain retail related data base, historical data and report documentation

Build close communication with store team and area sales team
