Store Support Specialist (Sales Admin)

Role Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience similar role- Strong english proficiency to handle documents and coordination process. Proficiency in mandarin is a plus- Good attention to details and able to multi taskRole Responsibilities:- Prepare weekly sales and stock reporting to Retail Head- Support store team administration, program reporting and reimburesement process- Liase with finance for Accrual and monthly GR for Stores department- Maintain retail related data base, historical data and report documentation- Build close communication with store team and area sales team**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Retails: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
