Store Support Specialist (Sales Admin)

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience similar role
- Strong english proficiency to handle documents and coordination process. Proficiency in mandarin is a plus
- Good attention to details and able to multi task

Role Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly sales and stock reporting to Retail Head
- Support store team administration, program reporting and reimburesement process
- Liase with finance for Accrual and monthly GR for Stores department
- Maintain retail related data base, historical data and report documentation
- Build close communication with store team and area sales team

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retails: 3 years (preferred)
