Qualification
- minimum S1 Computer graduate
- **minimum 2 years in administration/ computer and warehouse management.**:

- Can work shifts and has a high flexibility of working hours.
- Have knowledge of the terms and properties of spare parts, other materials (consumable items) and technical work equipment
- Target & customer oriented
- Can work in teams

Jobdesc
- Carry out administrative work (receiving, storing, and releasing) related to the flow of goods from spare parts and other materials (consumable items) used by the Engineering department.
- Supervise and manage the use of existing work equipment and / or owned by the Engineering department.
- **Check the availability of critical parts.**:

- Together with the Spare Parts & Store Foreman, make monthly reports regarding spare parts and other materials, the amount of use of the parts being issued, the parts that touch the reorder level, as well as a summary of the results of physical inventory.
- Record the needs of spare parts, Inspect spare parts or other materials
- Participate in activities related to Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and Operation Excellence.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Depok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
