A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role**:Work Location: Bandung, IndonesiaReporting To: Business Development Manager (Account Lead)**Key responsibilities**:- Assist Account Lead, to manage opportunity pipeline and up-date project status in Sales Force system.- Schedule, prepare and lead weekly team meetings- Collaborate within Kerry functional teams such as Supply Chain, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial Finance and Customer Service- Work closely with Account Lead to service our main customer effectively and in timely manner.- Prepare weekly reports in Dashboard format for customer management- Support Account Lead with new product costing and regular business analysis**Qualifications and skills**:- Bachelor's Degree holder in business, marketing, or related fields- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in a Food Service or Flavour house industry.- Solid understanding of the commercial and operations business management practices and procedures with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement and coordination work- Great Project management skills and organized structured approach- Good understanding of the Indonesia's food and beverage industry will be an advantage- Hands-on experience operating in a highly matrixed organization, exhibiting ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team
