Strategic / Fundraising **Interim CFO - Insurance -Jakarta (Hybrid)**

Fast growing InsureTech requires a Strategic Interim CFO to support Fundraising and M&A activity as well as bringing a strategic lens to the Finance department. Knowledge of M&A in the Insurance sector would be helpful.

**The Position**:

- Employ your expertise and network to secure additional fundraising for this high growth Insurtech.
- Improve and oversee the financial audit process.
- Company Financial planning
- Financial reporting to shareholders
- Track and control cashflow.
- Help to develop the strategic direction for the company.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management associated with the Insurance industry.

**You**:

- C. 15 years Finance experience within the Financial services Industry, ideally Insurance or InsurTech related.
- Startup or Investor experience welcomed.
- Min Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proven track record in corporate finance including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Demonstrable success in leading fundraising activities (equity financing / debt financing as well as VC / PE partnerships.
- Experience in working in complex regulatory environments.
