About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Associate in Amoda. As a Strategic Partnership Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our partnership strategy and creating long-term value for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving mutually beneficial collaborations.
Key Duties and Delights  Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities  Conduct in-depth research and analysis  market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry associations Strong business acumen to identify business development opportunities, and structure bespoke deals for potential strategic partners. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties Monitor and measure the performance of strategic partnerships, and provide regular reports to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships and drive business development initiatives Minimal 2 years of experience in strategic partnership development or related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related major Possess strong business acumen  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
