Strategic Partnership Associate

The Strategic Partnership Associate main role is to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with merchants/partners.
Including developing sales strategies, designing partnership packages, forecasting budget vs revenue, and negotiating with partners.
You will have to be passionate in traveling a lot around Bobobox branches.
- Having min.
2 years of experience in B2B partnership or business development
- Able to create partnership projection calculating budget and revenue gained both by Bobobox and partners
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills is a must
- Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Energetic, high level enthusiasm and calm even in a dynamic and face paced environment
- Result driven and target oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel on average 3-5 days per month in new and existing Bobobox locations (on company expense)
- If your home base is outside of Bandung, you are willing to travel to Bandung on average once per 2 weeks
