**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a thorough understanding of new potential hiring partner business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
- Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing hiring partners
- Develop and provide consultation to a large network of potential hiring partner

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a year of work experience in consulting or relevant job function
- Commitment to exceeding potential hiring partner expectations, attracting potential hiring partner and achieving targets
- Ability to build a solid understanding of your hiring partner's needs and wider industry trends
- An entrepreneurial mindset, organised, initiative with excellent attention to detail and recommend innovative solutions
- Strong teamwork skills - thrive in sharing information and building relationships
