**Responsibilties**:
- Spearhead the Partnerships team in formulating innovative business development strategies, nurturing existing corporate relationships, broadening industry connections, and forging novel avenues for collaborative partnerships and co-marketing synergies.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute mutually beneficial strategic marketing partnerships across various industries and verticals
- Drive sales growth and customer acquisition via sustainable co-marketing partnerships, leveraging subsidies and marketing support/barter deals.
- Manage key business accounts and day-to-day intricacies of partnership agreements
- Foster seamless execution of partner campaigns by collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams.
- Expand new business opportunities and amplify revenue stream by selling and promoting ZALORA's innovative marketing solutions to advertisers, agencies, and other collaborators.
- Optimize the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) by refining media mix, monetization structure, and KPI framework, ensuring optimal ad sales revenue and effective co-marketing ventures with industry partners.
- Construct compelling case studies for client pitches, offering support to industry partners and their agencies in devising efficient media plans from inception through execution and evaluation.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry partners' customer journey, marketing goals, and strategies, facilitating their success through hands-on consultations and regular performance assessments.
- Oversee day-to-day operational campaign management, ensuring efficient delivery and widespread dissemination of co-marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of campaign performance, presenting detailed analyses and actionable insights to gauge pertinent KPIs, enhance ROI, and elevate campaign effectiveness.
- Exercise judicious management of the marketing budget, meticulously tracking expenditures to ensure adherence and optimum return on investment.
- Lead offline marketing endeavors, including the expansion of ZALORA's omnichannel strategy through pop-up store initiatives, outdoor advertising, new media plans, and holistic 360-degree marketing campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **4-6 years in **leadership role** in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations through advanced analytical skills
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels of different organizations
- Outstanding problem solving and crisis management skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable and adept not just with developing strategies but also being hands-on with execution
- Offline retail and/or media buying experience is a plus
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things and able to adapt to new challenges
