YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' - Build long and short-term strategic planning for Non Combustible Alternative (NCA) portfolio and development - Process, analyze and provide key input / recommendation to support strategy for Non Combustible Alternative (NCA) Portfolio & Marketing Investments based on various data source (Retail Audit, Consumer Tracking, Sales Survey, Market Research and Budget) including business challenges, opportunities and threat through holistic analysis - Provide monthly and quarterly analysis, interpret and communicate to direct supervisor & management the results of market studies which reflect current market situation and trends. - Managing Non Combustible Alternative (NCA) deployment support inclusion in business cycle projects in order to ensure ample and balance support with CC portfolio - Enhance Non Combustible Alternative (NCA) related marketing business process to be more effective and efficient WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - College/University, Degree in any major, preference in Business / Economy - At least 3+ years working experience, with minimum 1 year as business analyst / intelligence - Good understanding on business process principle from planning, execution and evaluation - Passionate in understanding consumers' need and pain points - Passionate and high curiosity on data - Fast learner and eager to learn about new things - Strong analytical thinking and able to distill big data, quickly identify trends, patterns, outliers and have various perspectives - Have a good interpersonal communication skills.
