**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You lead a team to maintain and grow specific customer segments of the Grab Transport and Delivery business in East Java especially n Greater Surabaya Area
- You drive new initiatives by finding particular trends in the data
- You will execute the initiatives by collaborating with several teams
- You develop a strong understanding of the market of Grab Transport and Delivery
**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
- You are an experienced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet user so you can get insight from data
- You are knowledgeable in online transport and delivery business
- You have the ability to foreseeing the business opportunity in terms of growing Grab
- You have to practice proper project management from planning, executing, and monitoring
- You have to stay at Surabaya to help you execute the project
**The Nice-to-Haves**
- You have local insight that can support your analysis & business justification
- You have experience working on business expansion
