Strategic Sourcing And Procurement Manager

Create collaborative business plans with strategic vendors and negotiate strategies and programs by developing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Review vendor contract negotiations, guaranteeing the attainment of the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery and service to ensures all goods and services meet established standards; addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines.

Maintain an on-going knowledge of the company's business initiatives and goals, so that effective sourcing can be integrated into business planning and operations.

Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvements in the company's procurement operations.

Ensuring all goods and services are purchased on time, to specification, and at the best price available.

Negotiating with suppliers, coordinating commitment delivery from vendor, identifying new and alternative sources of supply for products and making recommendations
At least 5 years experience as indirect procurement buyer.

MS excel mastery, familiar with SAP is plus point.

Bachelor degree in any Major.

Strong experience in sourcing and procurement.

Excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation.

Teamwork player.

Able to understanding stakeholder needs, analyze their needs, and being a solution oriented person.

Eager to learn new things and challenge.

Detail oriented.
