**About our Client**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to provide strategic insights on the industry, competitors, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations with strategic insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company's strategic goals.
- Assist the Chief of Strategy in designing a robust growth strategy for company.
- Lead the review process and deliverables for Group strategy, providing recommendations on top strategic issues and opportunities.
- Work with the senior team to define and communicate key strategic directions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including business, operations/IT, product, and finance, to monitor the progress of the implementation roadmap.
- Design and implement strategies, business models, and implementation roadmaps for the company product.
- Onboard relevant departments to ensure the successful implementation of agreed initiatives.
- Define and monitor target letters in accordance with the company governance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related corporate strategy functions or consulting.
- Managerial and Leadership training.
- Project Management training.
- Strategic Thinking training.
- Deep understanding of competitive strategy development.
- Expertise in General Insurance (GI) and Health Insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Managerial and Leadership skills.
- Strategic Thinking skills.
- Clear, concise communication skills adaptable to different hierarchical levels, from execution teams to CEO and director level.
- Hands-on and result-oriented approach.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Very independent, capable of working as a solo contributor, and able to collaborate effectively with teams.
