Structural Research & Development

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct extensive research on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in structural engineering systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify research opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies, materials, and design approaches applicable to structural engineering systems.
- Stay informed about industry standards, codes, and regulations related to structural engineering and MEP systems.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including reports, white papers, and design guidelines based on research findings.
- Provide training sessions to internal teams on new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines, to implement research findings into real-world projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 year of experience as a structural engineer, research & development or in a relevant position
- In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools related to structural analysis and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
