- Keeping up to date and abreast of our students' progress to pass on relevant information to the Academic Teams and take necessary actions
- Engaging students and motivating them on every occasion, as well as taking care of prospects to help support the sales activity
- Supporting our students' progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, and feedback
- Achieving corporate presentation and sales objectives

qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive, business-driven, and service-minded.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload for the team to optimize efficiency
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
