Study Abroad Consultant (Wfo/Full-Time)

**Responsibilities**- Guide prospective B2B and B2C customers with their study abroad options after understanding their profile and needs.- Answer inquiries from customers related to Kobi Educations's products.- Coordinate with sales and study abroad division.- Stay updated with trends related with study abroad.- Provide coaching sessions to assist current study abroad mentees in tackling obstacles during scholarship preparation.- Conduct onboarding session to new joiners in study abroad program.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or master's graduate from **overseas university**, any major.- Fully funded scholarship awardee.- Good communication skill.- Passionate about education and working with people with diverse backgrounds.- Strong empathy and active listening skill.- Willing to fully WFO from Kobi Education's Head Office in Bandung.**Benefits**- Monthly salary- BPJS Insurance- THR- Valuable experience as a study abroad consultant- Networking with international studentsPay: Rp4,200,000 - Rp5,500,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S2 (required)**Experience**:- Study Abroad Mentoring: 1 year (required)Expected Start Date: 05/13/2024
