Job Descriptions:

- Responsible for all forms of administration, both operational and data in circulation & distribution directly and in systems.
- Responsible for daily, monthly and annual reports on the processes that have been carried out Responsible for the magazine & newspaper distribution process.
- Responsible for customer data for magazines & newspapers, both print and e-paper.
- Responsible for the subscription process and subscription information.

Job Requirements:

- Have minimum Diploma's degree (D3) from any major
- Have experience in similar role for minimum 1 year would be a plus
- Has a leadership skill, creative and inovative
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in environment and workload
- Able to work under pressure and on a tight deadline
- Have familiarity in Navision System
