**Subsea Services Coordinator**
**Job description**:
**Purpose**
Subsea Services Coordinator Services Coordinator supporting SPS Services/Project manager to ensure projects and assignments are delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for various tasks, including scheduling and managing communication amongst all project team members and other administrative duties.
Main accountabilities:
- Directly responsible for order commitment, scheduling of sales orders, on-time delivery, inventory impact and cash flow performance for customer service orders under services contracts
- Ensure service orders are accurately recorded in SAP.
- Ensure financial data is accurately recorded in SAP and/or GEOS.
- Ensure compliance with Business Process Management System (BPMS)
**Reports to**: Customer Services Manager
**Location**: Jakarta, Indonesia
**You are meant for this job if**:Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience.
- Multi-tasking/Pro-active/Effective teamwork/Process oriented/Responsible/Effective time management/Organizing skills/SAP knowledge.
- Languages: English - Bahasa Indonesia
