JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the plant operates efficiently and in compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
- Identify maintenance needs, plan maintenance schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of maintenance and technical staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure effective utilization of team skills and resources.
- Analyze plant performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
- Manage the maintenance and operational budgets, including procurement of spare parts and equipment.
- Ensure that resources are used efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of safety procedures and conduct investigations into incidents or accidents.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance practices and coal mining equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
