- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Bachelor's degree in Public Health, or Associate degree (D3) in Nursing
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the mining industry
- BTCLS and Water Rescue certifications are preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to team and company values
- Disciplined, with integrity, and able to work collaboratively in a team
- Willing to be placed in remote areas with a roster work system
